On August 23 at 6pm KST (7pm AEST), NCT released the MV for their latest whole-group track 'Golden Age'!
NCT will return with their fourth full-length album Golden Age on August 28 as NCT 2023. Their pre-release single of the same title was released alongside a stunning MV on August 23, featuring all the current members of NCT.
SM Entertainment has stated that the track Golden Age reinterprets Beethoven's Piano Sonata No.8, "Pathetique" 2nd Movement, alongside lyrics that emphasise the group's pursuit of a bright future together.
NCT 2023's studio album Golden Age, featuring dual title tracks Golden Age and Baggy Jeans, is releasing on Monday, August 28 at 6pm KST (7pm AEST). The album will include all 20 current members of NCT from subunits NCT 127, NCT DREAM and WayV.
The album will be comprised of tracks featuring various combinations of NCT's 20 members, as well as one song by all members (Golden Age), and likely tracks from fixed units NCT 127, NCT DREAM, and WayV.
Golden Age will mark NCT's first full-group comeback since the release of their third studio album Universe in December of 2021. Prior to Universe, NCT also released albums RESONANCE parts one and two in 2020, and EMPATHY in 2018.
